Job Description
As a Japanese agency for overseas (mainly Chinese) manufacturers, you will be deeply involved in total management, from proposing marine equipment for new shipbuilding projects to delivery management.
Proposal Sales of Overseas Marine Equipment
Proposing overseas (mainly Chinese) marine equipment (marine batteries, fuel supply systems, grab buckets, etc.) to domestic shipyards and shipowners.
Proposals and Follow-ups for Existing Customers
Regularly visiting domestic shipyards and shipowners to propose equipment selection for new shipbuilding projects and conduct hearings for maintenance and renewal of existing ships.
Import Operations and Negotiations with Overseas Manufacturers
As an agency for marine equipment manufacturers, you will be responsible for import operations such as specification meetings, price negotiations, and delivery management in English with overseas manufacturers.
Exhibition Participation and New Supplier Cultivation
Responsible for exhibiting at major trade shows like “SEA JAPAN” and cultivating new overseas suppliers according to market needs.

Recruitment Requirements
Requirements
– B2B sales experience (industry neutral, experience in trading or shipping companies is welcome)
– Business-level English proficiency (email correspondence, negotiation in meetings, etc.)
– Driver’s license (automatic transmission allowed)
Employment Type
Full-time (3 months probation period)

Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo (Headquarters)
* Remote work system available (up to twice a week)
Working Hours
9:00 – 18:00 (1 hour break) Flextime system available
Salary
We will offer preferential treatment according to the company’s regulations, taking your
experience and skills into consideration.
Salary Increase: Once a year / Bonus: Twice a year
